The assistant manager HR responsible for overseeing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws, and acting as a trusted advisor to both employees and management. This role will also focus on managing and guiding the recruitment staff while driving employee engagement, performance management, and overall HR operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Strategic HR Planning & Workforce Strategy
-Develop annual HR strategy aligned with business goals, production plans, and geographic expansion
.-Analyse manpower costs, project based budgets periodically
-Lead long-term manpower forecasting for new plants and capacity expansions.
2. Policy Creation & Governance Framework
-Periodically update and fine execution of enterprise
-level HR policies: attendance & shift governance ,OT policy,-Develop policy implementation mechanisms, audits, and compliance scoring matrices for all projects.
-Ability to translate operational issues into governance frameworks.
3. HR Systems, Automation & Process Improvement
-Super wise HRMS systems covering attendance, payroll logic, rosters, and driver tracking.-Build dashboards for key HR metrics
