Role & Responsibilities:



1. Manpower Planning & Status Reporting



Collaborate with Department Heads to support manpower planning and forecasting aligned to organizational goals. Partner with the Communications team to publish job postings on the official website and social media platforms such as LinkedIn. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source efficiency) to assess strategy effectiveness and recommend improvements. Prepare periodic recruitment dashboards and reports for review by the Head - HR & Admin.

2. HR Policy & Process Implementation



Assist in the development, revision, and timely rollout of HR policies and process notes. Ensure all employees are informed about policy updates through structured communication and orientation sessions. Maintain and update the policy repository with proper version control.

3. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding



Manage onboarding processes including induction sessions, HRMS profile creation, ID card issuance, and coordination for bank account opening. Ensure smooth employee transition during offboarding, including conducting exit interviews, processing clearances, and supporting full & final settlements. Maintain employee data accuracy on HRMS and personnel files.

4. Learning & Development



Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and support implementation of internal and external learning programs such as coaching and training workshops. Coordinate training logistics, attendance tracking, and post-training feedback analysis. Support in designing learning dashboards and monitoring training effectiveness.

5. Employee Engagement & Well-being



Develop and execute the annual employee engagement calendar in coordination with internal teams. Facilitate wellness and cultural initiatives that reinforce organizational values. Manage the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with the empaneled counsellor and ensure awareness across the organization.

6. Employee Relations & Compliance



Support in managing employee relations cases in consultation with the Head - HR & Admin and the empaneled legal consultant. Ensure compliance with HR policies, code of conduct, and applicable labor laws. Maintain confidentiality and objectivity in handling employee issues.

7. HR Vendor Management



Coordinate with HR vendors for recruitment, background verification, medical check-ups, and legal services. Support vendor evaluation and contract renewal processes. Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners for Learning Experience Platform (LXP), employee engagement, and corporate gifting initiatives.

8. HR Analytics & Reporting



Prepare and maintain HR dashboards covering key metrics such as recruitment, attrition, learning hours, and engagement participation. Generate monthly analytical reports for management review. Support data-driven decision-making through accurate HR analytics.
9. Create

HR Presentations

for Quarterly review with the Management.

Educational Qualification: F

ull-time Post-graduation/Masters/ MBA in HR specialization

Years Of Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience
