Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager HR / Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our BPO verticals. The role includes:
Leading bulk and niche recruitment (voice/non-voice, domestic & international, lateral hires)
Managing onboarding, documentation, and background verification
Addressing employee grievances and coordinating with operations
Driving engagement, R&R, and retention initiatives
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Managing Director, ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a high-energy BPO environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (MBA HR preferred)
5+ years of HR experience in BPO, KPO, or call center environments
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for domestic & international processes
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Based in Thane, Airoli, Rabale, Ghansoli, or nearby Navi Mumbai areas (preferred)
