Position - Assistant Manager - HR

Assistant Manager - HR will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions to support business operations in Oil and Gas sector.

Develop and implement HR strategies & policies aligned with business objectives

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies especially for technical / field and office roles

Partner with line manager to drive performance management and succession planning.

Ensure compliance with RPSL, labor laws, safety regulations and industry specific guidelines.

Manage industrial relations and resolve complex employee issues and grievances.

Lead training and development initiatives, with focus on operational excellence and safety.

Design competitive compensation and benefits package suited for field and office personnel.

Support organization change initiatives and business transformations

Drive employee wellbeing

Maintain effective HR records and data driven HR reporting.

Supervise HR team across multiple sites or project locations.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree

Preferred with Master's in human resource management or related field.

12+ years of HR experience with at least 3-5 years in senior HR role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills

Hands on SAP HR / Success Factor will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?2,300,000.00 per year
