We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager HR Corporate Office -
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Induction and Orientation:
Conduct comprehensive induction and orientation programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
2. Training Coordination:
Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop training programs accordingly.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
3. Learning and Development:
Oversee the learning and development department, identifying opportunities for employee skill enhancement and career growth.

6. Monthly Training Schedule:
Develop and maintain a monthly training schedule to facilitate effective planning and execution of training activities.
7. Rewards and Recognition:
Plan and execute rewards and recognition programs to motivate and engage employees.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
