Role & responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies. Design and manage compensation and benefits structures. Lead performance appraisal and talent management initiatives. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Maintain HR records and generate reports for management. Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and succession planning. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5-8 years of progressive HR experience Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR systems, and best practices.
