About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Assistant Manager HR / HR Manager

to lead our HR operations for a reputed

Textile Corporate Office

in Tirupur. The ideal candidate must come from the

textile or garment industry

and should be capable of managing and guiding a team of HR professionals across multiple branch locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 5-8 HR professionals working in different branches. Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives. Manage employee engagement initiatives and handle grievance redressal. Ensure 100% statutory and legal compliance across all branches. Support management in manpower planning and HR strategy development.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in HR within the Textile / Garment industry. Proven experience in team leadership and multi-location HR coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of ERP System, Payroll Software's, labour laws and statutory compliance. Experience in Team Handling / Team Managing
