Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and welfare activities.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and implement retention strategies.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, attendance & leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws).
Draft, review, and update HR policies as per industry standards.
4. Performance Management
Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance evaluation processes.
Support training and development needs assessment and execution.
Monitor probation evaluations, confirmations, and promotions.
Strong knowledge of HR practices in healthcare/hospital industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office.
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
4-7 years of HR experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare industry.
Exposure to NABH accreditation processes will be an added advantage.
