We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - HR Recruitment to lead our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Team Management: Manage and mentor recruitment team members.
3. Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
