Manage and oversee the recruitment process from posting jobs to screening resumes and preparing offer letters. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee relations:
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Policy and compliance:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Record-keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, attendance, leave, and benefits information.
Performance and compensation:
Support performance management processes, such as performance reviews. Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation-related tasks.
Training and development:
Coordinate and implement training and development programs.
HR initiatives:
Support HR initiatives and strategies, such as employee engagement programs.
