Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Support in designing and implementing employee engagement activities.
Address employee grievances and maintain positive workplace relations.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
3. Performance Management
Assist in executing the annual performance appraisal process.
Support goal-setting, feedback, and performance improvement initiatives.
Track and report performance-related metrics.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and company policies.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. ESI/EPF/PT/LWF/ handling experience
Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.
5. Learning & Development
Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
Coordinate training programs and track participation.
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain L&D records.
