Job Description

1.

Talent Acquisition



Coordinate recruitment for editorial, production, marketing, sales, and technical teams. Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting them across relevant channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring managers. Build a talent pipeline for freelance, contractual, and permanent roles.

Onboarding & Induction



Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including document collection, induction sessions, and system access.
3.

Employee Engagement



Organize team-building events, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and feedback surveys. Promote a culture of creativity, inclusion, and innovation.
4.

HR Operations & Administration



Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS. Handle documentation for Employees. Manage attendance, leaves Mediclaim
5.

Performance Management



Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback sessions.
6.

Training & Development



Coordinate training sessions for soft skills, leadership, copyright laws, ethics in journalism, etc. Identify upskilling opportunities in creative software or content platforms.
