Job Description

Designation: Assistant Manager - HR

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree/ MBA

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. High attention to detail, especially in audit and compliance activities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with NABH standards and processes is a must.
Roles & Responsibility:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for clinical and non-clinical roles. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closure of vacancies. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels. Conduct orientation programs to familiarize new employees with the company culture, policies, and procedures. Ensure all joining formalities, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their probation period to ensure a seamless transition. Identify training needs in consultation with department heads and develop training calendars. Organize and coordinate training programs, workshops, and sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies. Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Ensure adherence to HR processes and policies, maintaining compliance with NABH standards. Assist in internal and external audits, including preparation and documentation for NABH accreditation. Regularly review and update HR practices to align with industry standards and accreditation requirements. Support initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement. Address employee grievances related to onboarding, training, or recruitment processes effectively and promptly.
