Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source talent through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with technical panels and hiring managers.
Manage and track recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, source mix, and offer-to-join ratio.
Develop employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and other talent outreach programs.
Partner with HRBPs and line managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Stay updated with talent market trends and suggest innovative sourcing techniques.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and labor regulations.
