Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles including doctors, nurses, and medical staff.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various channels and recruitment platforms.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for further evaluation.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring healthcare positions.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide a smooth hiring experience.
Prepare job descriptions, post job listings, and track recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with HR and management to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
3 years of recruitment experience in the healthcare industry

Strong knowledge of
medical staffing
, especially doctor and nurse hiring.
Excellent
English communication skills
(written and verbal).
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
