Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Conduct HR screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Post job openings, send job descriptions, and conduct outreach activities.
Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare monthly MIS reports.
Must have prior experience working in Placement/Manpower agencies.
2. Offer & Onboarding
Prepare and release Offer Letters.
Follow up with candidates until their joining date.
Manage joining formalities and provide necessary joining kits/documents.
Initiate background verification and create employee personal files.
3. HR Administration
Prepare HR letters (Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Transfer, Termination, etc.).
Maintain employee personal files and update the HR database.
Support employee engagement activities and basic admin tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum
8 years
in Recruitment/HR.
Mandatory experience in
Placement or Manpower Agency recruitment
.
Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
Proficiency in job portals and social media hiring.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination abilities.
