We are seeking an HR professional who will play a pivotal role in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, while supporting onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR programs. This position is critical to ensuring smooth hiring processes, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience in line with our core values. Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for the region, including creating JDs, job postings, conducting interviews and creating offer letters via ICIMS.
• Drive onboarding: documentation, orientation, and Day One readiness for new hires.

2. HR Operations, Analytics & Reporting

• Collect and analyze HR metrics (turnover, surveys, exit/stay interviews).
• Maintain data integrity and compliance across HR systems.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for actionable insights.

3. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Support confirmation, transfers, promotions, letter issuance, and offboarding processes.

4. HR Programs & Projects

• Coordinate training sessions, cultural and engagement initiatives.
• Support teammate development and learning programs to enhance capability

5. HR Business Partnering

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Partner with leaders to ensure efficient execution of HR practices and adherence to SOPs.
• Embed core values into HR processes and maintain compliance standards.

Other Skills We Hope to See:

• Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Required or
• Master's Degree Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Preferred
• 3-5 years' experience working in an HR role
• Ability to learn/operate an HRIS system
