Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager - HR will support the overall HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a good understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
Handle employee queries and maintain HR records
Ensure HR policy compliance and support audits
Drive employee engagement and welfare activities
