Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill internal hiring needs
Support training and development initiatives
Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR MIS reports
Address employee grievances and support employee engagement activities
Candidate Profile / Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field
3-4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (preferably in a recruitment or staffing firm)
Good knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a 6-day work environment
