HR Management:
xc2xb7 Sourcing the right talent for the company keeping in mind company current and future requirement.
xc2xb7 Hire, train, motivate and retain staff.
xc2xb7 Recruitment of staff as per budget set.
xc2xb7 Induction and regular training of staff on all aspects of the job.
xc2xb7 Training, Motivating and Mentoring of staff to achieve company goals and keep attrition under check.
xc2xb7 Debrief placement consultants on regular basis on the HR requirement.
xc2xb7 Promote hiring through referral program in the company.
xc2xb7 Build management team for future expansion.
xc2xb7 Improve productivity of staff trough training and motivation.
xc2xb7 Submit all new hire and termination information to Corporate as required by HR department.
xc2xb7 Report any staff related issue to the BOD.
xc2xb7 Prepare a training program for all the staff.
xc2xb7 Managing salary structures, benefits packages, and payroll.
xc2xb7 Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills:
xc2xb7 Must have positive attitude and be able to motivate staff in a positive manner
xc2xb7 Possess good leadership qualities
xc2xb7 Possess strong motivational, communication, team building and training skills
xc2xb7 Be self-motivated and strong organizational and management skills
xc2xb7 Ability and experience in effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees.
xc2xb7 Must be able to take direction and adhere to Company polices
xc2xb7 Must willing to learn and adhere to new systems as Company continues to grow
xc2xb7 Must have thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards.
xc2xb7 Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems.
xc2xb7 Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility.
xc2xb7 Willing to accept new challenges and task assigned by the management.
General Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Projects a polished, professional image at all times
xc2xb7 Must be current on Company pricing and promotion schedule
xc2xb7 Maintains information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff and policies
xc2xb7 Has a thorough knowledge of, adheres to and enforces Company policies and procedures as they pertain to club operations
xc2xb7 Maintains a positive relationship with the rest of the staff. Supports other staff in achieving their goals.
xc2xb7 Coordinate and work in synergy with all other functional heads.
xc2xb7 Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the /COO/CEO/Directors.
