Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager HR role based in Krishna. The position involves overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. The role also requires managing benefits, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and aiding in organizational development initiatives. The Assistant Manager HR will collaborate closely with management to align HR practices with the strategic goals of the school, ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding and expertise in recruitment, hiring processes, and workforce management Proficiency in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance regulations, and organizational policies Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced educational environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in the education sector or similar industries is an advantage
