Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
Liaise with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements
Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances and escalate when necessary
Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
Assist in organizing team-building activities and wellness programs
Performance Management
Facilitate performance appraisal cycles
Track and report on employee performance metrics
Support managers in setting SMART goals and KPIs
Training & Development
Identify training needs through skill gap analysis
Coordinate internal and external training sessions
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in audits and documentation for statutory requirements
Policy Implementation & Process Improvement
Help implement HR policies and procedures
Recommend improvements to HR processes for efficiency
Monitor adherence to organizational standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
