We are looking for an MBA graduate in HR with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR processes. Exposure in the construction field will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be a resident of Ernakulam or should be willing to relocate to Ernakulam. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office and should have good written and verbal communication in English. Must have working experience in recruitment, onboarding process, HR ERP software, MIS, documentation, attendance and leave management, and statutory filings.
