Admin/IR DEM/AEM at SESL is responsible for Administartive and statutory compliance activities at SESL & SCEL Sites This includes providing OMV manpower during shutdown, invoice uploading in the portal and Preparation and submission of statutory documents to customers
1. Support the hiring activity to fill up the Budgeted positions required for the site
2. Responsible for obtaining gate pass from Customer sites
3. Ensure the Insurance availability for the customer sites
4. Arranging indemnity bonds
5. Coordinate with customer for obtaining work orders
6. Monthly Invoicing - Preparing monthly documents (monthly reports of job completion and Joint Measurement Sheets and other documents has to be uploaded in reliance portal).
7. Payment collection follow up
8. Ensuring availability of Material - Consumables, Hardware items, PPE etc
9. Transport coordination & permits
10. Organizing additional Manpower requirement during shutdown, manpower planning & execution of shutdowns.
11. Preparation of Separate Salary register documents then upload in the customer portal for approval
12. Coordinate with Reliance IR & HR Department personnel for Compliance document approvals , sorting out their queries -
13. Compliance documents to be prepared and uploaded in the Reliance Compliance portal
14. Wage register (every month),
15. PF (every month), Salary details (every month)
16. Labor Welfare Fund (twice a year),
17. Labor License (once a year), Insurance (twice a year) etc.
18. Compiling data for annual return
