Assistant Manager - HR & Administration
Full Time | On-site
East of Kailash, New Delhi
8-10 years Experience
Join us as a HR Manager to manage the complete employee lifecycle! Maintain statutory compliance, support business operations, and ensure smooth office functioning across BOWML and sister companies.
Your Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding, and closures
Conduct reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates
Oversee employee orientation, training, and engagement initiatives
Maintain and update employee database, recruitment MIS, and HR documentation
Handle payroll processing including attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, advances, and final settlements
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, joining letters, relieving and experience letters, termination notices, and appreciation certificates
Coordinate performance appraisals, salary revisions, bonuses, and incentive disbursements
Act as the HR SPOC for all employee concerns, queries, and grievance resolution
Administration
Maintain all statutory NOCs, permits, licenses, and ensure timely renewals (apply at least 4 months before expiry)
Manage rentals of company-owned commercial and industrial properties
Oversee facility needs, office supplies, stationery, courier, and general administrative operations
Ensure timely communication and follow-up for outstanding dues and collections
Waste Tracking System (WTS)
Operate the Waste Tracking System (WTS) software for HR, payroll, attendance, and customer master data
Perform weekly backups of all HR, payroll, attendance, and customer records
Backup Front Desk Role
Cover reception/front desk during lunch hours or in the absence of the Sales Coordinator
