Experience:
5-8 years in HR operations, preferably in logistics or manufacturing setup
Qualification:
MBA / PGDM (HR)
Role Overview:
Manage site-level HR and admin operations, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and manpower stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Manage recruitment and onboarding for blue- and white-collar employees.
Support employee grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate training, engagement, and welfare activities.
Supervise administration functions like housekeeping, security, and transport.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication ability.
Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance norms.
Hands-on experience in MS Excel and HR systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
