: Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documents.
2. Employee Grievances
: Address employee grievances related to attendance; leaves; advance; loans; salary etc.
3. Attendance Management
: Check & Review daily attendance of all employee and maintain monthly attendance database. Monitor absenteeism & late coming record of employees.
4. Leave Management
: Monitor leave records of all employees and maintain a database of annual leaves of respective employees.
5. Exit Management:
Taking care of exit formalities of concerned employees. Ensure all exit process is done accurately and in due time.
6. Salary Administration
: Prepare monthly salary of all employees
without error
.
7. Recruitment&Selection :
Create a database of open positions within the company; Prepare Job descriptions for each open position ; Float Job postings across all platforms; Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews & onsite interviews; schedule personal interviews with DIRECTOR; indulge in salary negotiations and close the position within the stipulated TAT.
8. Induction & Onboarding
: Introduce & Familiarize the new employee about their roles and responsibilities; Company Policies and procedures ; hierarchy of the company and organizational structure. Perform all documentation formalities within 3 days of Joining.
9. Training & Development:
Prepare Competency Matrix of all employees. Identify the skill gap and assess training needs respectively for each employee; coordinate with concerned HOD's and conduct training within defined time limits. Conduct trainings as per Annual Training Calendar.
10. Audits
: Participate actively in all types of Audit such as Internal Audit; Customer Audit; Social Audit; ISO Audit etc. Maintain all documents in connection with Audits.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
