Handle all HR and administrative activities in the factory, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee welfare, and day-to-day office management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Functions:
1. Recruit, hire, and onboard factory staff.
2. Address employee issues and maintain good workplace relations.
3. Plan and arrange staff training and safety programs.
4. Manage performance reviews and staff development.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
6. Process payroll and maintain attendance/leave records.
Admin Functions:
1. Oversee office operations, supplies, maintenance, and security.
2. Keep the workplace clean, safe, and well-maintained.
3. Prepare HR/admin reports and assist in budgeting.
4. Support production and other departments with admin tasks.
5. Manage employee welfare programs and safety drills.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 8-10 years' experience in HR & Admin (preferably in manufacturing).
3. Good knowledge of labor laws and safety rules.
4. Skilled in HR/payroll software and MS Office.
5. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
