Position Overview
We are looking for a versatile HR Administrator to manage core HR operations while overseeing facility-related services such as housekeeping, canteen, and security. The role also requires exposure to ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) compliance, ensuring smooth coordination between HR, operations, and statutory requirements. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in manufacturing or pharma environments.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction programs.
Draft HR policies, circulars, and communication materials.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative support for HR initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for audits and inspections.
Support documentation related to labor laws, safety, and environmental regulations.
ETP-Linked Responsibilities
Liaise with operations/engineering teams to ensure ETP compliance records are maintained.
Track and file reports related to effluent treatment, waste management, and environmental clearances.
Assist in coordinating training sessions for staff on ETP awareness and environmental safety.
Housekeeping & Facility Management
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure workplace hygiene standards.
Monitor cleaning schedules, pest control, and upkeep of common areas.
Ensure compliance with health and safety norms in facility management.
Canteen Management
Coordinate with canteen contractors/vendors for smooth operations.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and employee satisfaction.
Handle billing, vendor agreements, and grievance redressal related to canteen services.
Security Management
Oversee security staff deployment and duty rosters.
Ensure compliance with visitor management, access control, and emergency protocols.
Liaise with external security agencies and conduct periodic audits.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR administration experience, preferably in manufacturing/pharma.
Exposure to ETP operations and facility management (housekeeping, canteen, security).
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with labor laws, statutory compliance, and audit preparation.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
