Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assisting with the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive working relationships.
Performance Management:
Supporting performance appraisal processes, providing feedback, and assisting with performance improvement plans.
Policy Implementation:
Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Training and Development:
Coordinating training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
HR Administration:
Maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and ensuring accurate HR data.
