Role Summary

We are looking for a strong and experienced female HR professional for the role of Assistant Manager - HR. The ideal candidate must be capable of driving all HR functions independently in a manufacturing setup.

Payroll & Attendance Management

Contract Labour & Contractor Management

Statutory Compliances - EPF, ESIC, PT, CLRA, Factory Act

Recruitment, Hiring & Onboarding

HR Policy Creation & Implementation

Vendor Management & Workforce Handling

Employee File Management, Registers & MIS Reports

Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling & Plant Coordination

Education & Eligibility Criteria? Female Candidates Only

? MBA in HR / MSW OR Any Degree with strong HR knowledge

? 7-8 Years of Working Experience in Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory)

? Strong knowledge in Compliance, Payroll & Labour Laws

? Excellent leadership, communication & workforce management skills

? Must be willing to relocate to Chamarajanagar
