Role Objective
To lead and optimize the organizations strategy, ensuring seamless client interactions and service delivery across health insurance workflows. Manager will serve as a strategic bridge between technology, client servicing, and operations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

3.Ensure consistent engagement and value delivery to key accounts(Corporates)
Leadership Reporting & Issue Resolution on any escalations.
4.Prepare and review reports on top corporates, insurance companies, and brokers if required.
5.Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate to leadership.
6.SLA Fulfilment & Stakeholder Commitments.
7.Oversee timely submission of MIS reports to insurance companies, corporate clients, and internal teams
8.Maintain strong working relationships with HO teams of insurance companies & Brokers.
Department Oversight
9.Coordination with functional Department-Preauth, Claims, Enrollment and related functions for claims and cashless settlement.
10.Responsible for profitability and cost control of Key Corporates and retention
11.Portfolio Management: Handle corporate client portfolios with a focus on service excellence and retention.

Specifications
Graduate / MBA with 4-7 years of experience in Health Insurance(Corporate-Client Servicing or TPA industry)
Proven track record in client servicing, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of corporate client expectations and insurance workflows
