Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Handling
Handle incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, email & calls.
Support in creating quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmations.
Assist in client relationship management (CRM updates, lead tracking).
Team & Process Support
Coordinate with field team for timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
Support in implementation of SOPs for quality checks & reporting.
Maintain records of site requirements, vendor payments, and balances.
Marketing Support
Assist in social media content scheduling & coordination with marketing team.
Ensure promotional materials (reels, posts, captions) are circulated on time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
