Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture, analyze and document business needs aligned with project goals. Prepare clear and concise requirements documentation, user stories and process flow to support Agile delivery. Drive stakeholder engagement by identifying dependencies and ensuring proactive communication across business and IT Teams. Demonstrate domain understanding (Insurance/Finance) to align solutions with business priorities. Manage and track requirements through JIRA or similar tools, ensuring traceability and alignment with sprint deliverables. Take initiative in identifying and resolving data related issues using structured problem-solving approaches. Make recommendations for process improvements and suggest solutions based on insights.


Nice to have (Optional)

Familiarity with financial and statutory reporting-related processes. Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA or Confluence.


Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer science/Engineering, Operations Research or related analytics areas 2-5 Yrs of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role or functional experience around process documentation and requirement gathering. Support project management efforts by aligning business requirements with project timelines, identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
