(onboarding and offboarding processes). This position requires an experienced leader who can manage both day-to-day operations and data-related processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences
Responsibilities
Team Supervision:
Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high performance.
Monitor team performance metrics, ensuring the achievement of defined service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Data Operations:
Oversee data management processes related to
the onboarding
and offboarding functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to organizational quality standards.
Resolve complex data issues
in a timely manner
and handle escalations effectively.
Collaborate with
the HR
, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure data accuracy and synchronization across various systems.

Qualifications
Minimum
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, or related field.
Relevant
years of experience in data management with at least

year in a leadership role.
Familiarity with HCM tool - SuccessFactors is
required
Proficient in dat

analytics
and
insights
:
Deep u
nderstanding of HCM data
, analytical skills are preferred
Proven
track record
of managing teams and driving process improvements.
