We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven

Asst. Manager Sales

to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Job Overview:



As a Hotel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales for our properties and venues. You will work towards achieving assigned revenue targets and will be eligible for a

sales bonus

based on performance. We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual with

3-4 years of relevant experience

in banquet, event, or hospitality sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads and actively pursue banquet sales opportunities. Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals within company guidelines. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution. Maintain client relationships to secure repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness. Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

3-4 years

of experience in banquet sales, event sales, or hospitality sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as per business needs. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of the Mumbai market is an advantage.
