Assistant Manager - Hiring & Recruitment



Role & responsibilities



Managing end-to-end recruitment process for multiple NFCI campuses. Sourcing and shortlisting suitable candidates through various channels. Coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding. Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment MIS. Partnering with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Preferred candidate profile



Graduate/Postgraduate with

3-5 years of experience

in

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Experience in the relevant industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Jalandhar - 144003, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
