Graduation- Degree Mandatory
Salary range : Upto 5. 5LPA
Experience: Minimum 3yrs experience in any BPO. Team handling experience is a must.
Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a BPO voice process (mandatory).
Team Handling: Proven experience in managing a customer service team.
Qualification: Any graduate degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
