The Assistant Manager - Administration supports the smooth functioning of administrative operations by coordinating office management, facilities, staff support services, and compliance activities. The role ensures efficient day-to-day operations and assists in implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Facility Management
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance services
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Administrative Support
Support management in administrative planning and execution
Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation
Maintain records, files, and official correspondence
People & Support Services
Coordinate staff logistics, transport, accommodation, and welfare activities
Support onboarding and exit formalities with HR
Handle employee queries related to admin services
Procurement & Asset Management
Manage office supplies, inventory, and asset tracking
Assist in procurement and vendor negotiations
Monitor usage and control administrative costs
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements
Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
Implement workplace safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Min 3 years of experience in administration or operations
Experience in facilities or office management preferred
Skills & Competencies
