Assistant Manager - International Marketing

Role Overview:
Looking for detail-oriented personnel who will be responsible for overseeing and improving our Digital Marketing Team operational processes.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
International Lead Management

  • Monitor daily international digital lead flow across all channels.
  • Ensure timely assignment of leads to international offices, overseas contact centers, or internal units.
  • Verify correct tagging of leads in CRM (source, country, Speciality, campaign).
  • Track lead ageing and ensure follow-ups are completed within defined SLAs.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with overseas offices and international teams handling patient enquiries outside India.
  • Liaise with hospital units, doctor coordinators, and internal stakeholders for treatment plans, estimates, and responses.
  • Escalate delays, SLA breaches, or ownership gaps to the reporting manager.
Process Adherence & Quality Control
  • Ensure adherence to lead response and follow-up SLAs.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy.
  • Identify lead leakages and support corrective actions.
Reviews & Reporting
  • Support weekly review meetings with international offices and contact center teams.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports covering lead volume, response timelines, assignment accuracy, and lead status.
  • Share insights and improvement suggestions with management.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify gaps in lead handling and coordination processes.
  • Recommend and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
  • Ensuring increase in OP footfall in hospitals.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Graduate/Post Graduate (preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing)
  • Minimum 5years relevant experience
  • Prior exposure to hospitals, luxury hotels, or premium residential developments preferred
  • Good Communication & Inter personal skills
  • Excellent in MIS Excel & Power Point
