Responsible to Legal & Secretarial Department
Role Purpose To assist and facilitate reporting manager in carrying out Investors Relations assignments effectively, also assist Resigstration and share transfer, in drafting Report and working on Compliance manegement system effectiveness & efficiencies in CG - Secretarial
Responsibilities Area KRA (Key Result Area KPI (Key Performance Area)
Investors Relations Assistance to Reporting manager in investir relations assignments. \xe2\x97\x8fCoordinating shareholder meetings and press conferences,
\xe2\x97\x8fReleasing financial data, leading financial analyst briefings, publishing reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC),
\xe2\x97\x8fHandling the public side of any financial crisis.
Resigstration and share transfer Responsible for keeping & tracking records
\xe2\x97\x8fTo track different types of investor transactions like buying, redeeming, switching in or out, changing bank mandates, updating personal information, and many others.

Draft Report and working file Assistance to reporting manager in report drafting and working file \xe2\x97\x8f Presentation of observation in Draft report and discussion with reporting manager.
\xe2\x97\x8f Follow up with Process owner for Management response, action plan, person responsible with timeline.
\xe2\x97\x8f Preparation of file (both electronic & hard) for each assignment.
Follow up Followup with Process Owners \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining the issue tracker for issues raised based on reports under guidance of reporting manager.
\xe2\x97\x8f Follow up for status of implmentation of action plan for issues raised in previous audits reports under guidance of reporting manager.
\xe2\x97\x8f Updation and submission of issue tracker to reporting manager on a periodic basis.
Compliance manegement system Responsible for all compliance management system \xe2\x97\x8f Ensures a company follows all ethical and legal requirements.
\xe2\x97\x8fEnforce regulations, company policies and codes of conduct to comply with rules.
\xe2\x97\x8fTaking care of all the work & task related to compliance
Problem Solving Technaical Capabilities \xe2\x97\x8fFunctionally ability, Knowledge of ERP, MS-Office
\xe2\x97\x8fSharinf information, solving problem through sharing ideas & teamwork
