Job descriptionRelevance of the Role

• Lead various critical projects (like SAP) both independently as well as in team involving process improvements, cost optimization, efficiency improvement across other business verticals.

• Define the project charter involving the scopes & objectives, involvement of relevant stakeholders, manager and predict the resources required and set the milestones with well-defined timeline

• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

• Provide project update to all stakeholders, track the costing involved, mitigate the risks and take necessary actions proactively to avoid delays

• Engage personally with departments and take insight of every process

• Define user manuals, SOPs and process diagrams and implement across the organization

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, techniques, etc. to identify areas for improvement

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties, vendors and customers and relevant internal stakeholders

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

• Involve in relevant trainings, modifications, overall supervision, etc. required during or post project implementation

• Must have leadership skill who can lead various missions independently as well as in team

• Communicate efficiently within as well as with external stakeholders keeping customer's interest as top priority

• Deep knowledge of project management and it's tools

• Should be able to visualize value chain, think end to end and have horizontal thinking

• Should have designing idea to make processes better and efficient

• Should know how to deal to complexity and failures

• Deadline oriented, iterative, proactiveness, good analysis skill and reporting skill detail
