Job Summary
We are looking for Assistant Manager with one of the biggest Building Material company @ Gurgaon.
Roles & Responsibilities:
JD of Assistant Manager Profile:
- IT Hiring and Recruitment Team Management
- Good experience in IT Recruitment.
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for the organization.
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partner closely with External Sourcing for overall Talent Acquisition processes, plans, programs and tools ,Talent Attraction.
- Develop and deliver overall talent attraction strategy including strategic use of our hiring channels.
- Develop and analyze the current recruitment metrics and continually refine & improve the talent acquisition process across the organization.
- Build diverse candidate pools, and create initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent

- Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully navigate changing
- Handle complex & challenging environments & deal with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in implementing & managing recruitment-related data and reporting, applicant tracking systems, and direct sourcing tools
- Proven 4 - 7 years of experience of automating and improving all aspects of the recruitment process
- LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
Education-: Graduate
