This position is responsible for playing a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable experiences for our distinguished guests. From the moment they step into our exclusive lounge until their departure, you will orchestrate a seamless and luxurious stay that exceeds expectations.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include;

  • Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
  • With 1-2 years experience in similar role
  • With knowledge in Opera PMS
