Senior Graphic Designer (Assistant Manager)

Tax Pursuit Management - Career Level 4 - Hyderabad

We have an exciting opportunity for a senior Graphic Designer to join our Pursuit Design team, leading the ideation, execution and production of high-level, creative sales deliverables. In this role, the individual will develop proposals, presentations, and an array of sales deliverables to support our Tax Business.


This position calls for a passionate, collaborative professional with a positive outlook, excellent communication, and superior design skills. The preferred candidate is solution-oriented, comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment and keen on continuous upskilling to new and emerging mediums.

Responsibilities

Apply design thinking and strong storytelling to overall creative approach and execution Propose, plan, design, and deliver a full range of high-impact pursuit collateral (both print and digital), including, but not limited to traditional layout documents (InDesign), interactive PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, info graphics, multi-media elements Ability to translate complete information/analytics into compelling visual communication and adaptability across print, digital and emerging mediums Exercise judgment and project management skill to balance priorities and communicate

to teams to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments; keep internal clients informed of projects and progress
Develop long-term design strategies, staying ahead of the curve on design technologies and how they can be applied to needs of design team Mentor and guide junior designers, conducting quality assessments and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and consistency. Apply Gen AI tools and platforms to elevate the quality, efficiency, and innovation of complex design projects.

Qualifications and experience

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications or related field Mastery level of Adobe CC suite (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, along with a basic understanding of Premiere Pro and After Effects), and MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of Blender is a plus 5-8 years of related work experience in business development, marketing or internal communications Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative deliverables within tight deadlines Understanding of creative Gen AI platforms Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated project management and organization skills, and close attention to detail Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage own time and take initiative Experience working in a professional services organization a plus
