Responsible for Issuance & Servicing for Group Credit Life (GCL) & Group Term Life -Master Policy Issuance (GTL, MFI's, Annuity).
Responsible for Issuance the Renewal portfolio of GTL (Master Policy Holder's)
Sound Knowledge of Excel is Mandatory
Responsible for working towards smooth audit & compliance.
Job Summary:
Customer Services Process (Surrender, POS & Customer Cancellation Refund)
Ensure adherence to PPHI guidelines for Customer Servicing.
Ensure and adherence to the TAT for Customer Servicing processes.
Ensure adherence to Surrender & Customer cancellation refund TAT and due diligence checks on sample cases which will be refunded by Group operations team.
Train and certify all customer servicing team in process and scripts to ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance to all requirements with superior customer experience.
Engage regularly with business partners to monitor and improve performance.
Ensure YOY reduction in grievances marked for member issuance errors and delays.
Ensure tactical and structural changes to proactively improve accuracy.
