QUALIFICATIONS



Proven experience in ServiceNow GRC module implementation and development. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workspace design and development. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes. Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow Portals, widgets, and UI pages. Strong understanding of integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs) and troubleshooting integration issues. Familiarity with ServiceNow platform administration and performance optimization techniques. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
