Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Creative Ownership & Design Delivery:



Lead the execution of digital creative assets including campaigns, banners, emails, social media, and more. Maintain high visual quality and brand consistency across all design output. Take end-to-end ownership of assigned collaterals and campaigns.

Brief Clarity & Quality Control:



Ensure thorough understanding of creative briefs with follow-up where needed. Review and QC all outgoing work for accuracy, completeness, and design standards.

Planning, Feedback & Team Productivity:



Create weekly design plans, allocate work, and ensure timelines are met. Give timely, constructive feedback to team members. Track team deliverables and resolve bandwidth or priority conflicts.

Coaching & Design Leadership:



Mentor junior designers and interns by conducting regular check-ins and design reviews. Raise the bar on visual design by sharing references, tips, and best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

:

Partner closely with marketing, brand, content, and product teams. Ensure creative expectations are clearly defined, realistic, and consistently met.

Design Innovation & Trend Tracking:



Suggest visual improvements and brand upgrades proactively. Stay up to date with global design trends, styles, tools, and inspiration sources. Benchmark against competitor brands for continuous evolution.

Requirements:



4-6 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a fast-paced D2C, agency, or consumer brand. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects (for motion), or similar. Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, brand consistency, and versatility. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience managing timelines, junior team members, and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to give and receive feedback, multi-task, and work collaboratively. Eye for detail, design balance, colour, and brand fit. Prior experience with eCommerce/D2C, FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or wellness brands.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
