Job Title: Assistant Manager, Governance and Reporting
Purpose of job:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our project management processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, and facilitating effective communication among project teams.


Main opportunities/challenges for this role


Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

  • Balanced Scorecard for deliveries and General management
  • Establish, implement, and maintain balanced scorecards for all the delivery and general management functions.
  • Supports new functions and departments in setting up right governance and scorecards for effective monitoring and control.
  • Analyse the scorecards of the departments and identify priorities for discussion and improvement.
  • Governance of Strategic annual plans:
  • Participate in strategic annual planning of SSC and contribute by highlighting strengths and opportunities to focus.
  • Set up governance and reporting mechanism for annual plans.
  • Maintain records of monthly governance for audits and controls review.
  • Management of Leadership Governance meetings:
  • Responsible of presenting the scorecards through effective dashboards and presentations for the Senior leadership.
  • Create smart presentations for leadership team for operations board, internal reviews, board meetings and other stakeholder meetings.
  • Process audits:
  • Conduct process audits against governance dashboards and report to management on strengths and weaknesses.
  • Conduct periodic project reviews to assess compliance with project management standards.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to enhance the overall effectiveness of project delivery.
  • Trainings:
  • Create capabilities across SSC by training team leaders and managers on effective governance techniques and reporting methodologies.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide recommendations for process optimisation and standardisation across projects.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Foster effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate regular project meetings, ensuring that actions and decisions are documented and communicated.

Qualifications - Graduate


Role specific knowledge and experience
  • To work closely with the leadership team
  • To support with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s goals and strategy
  • To manage multiple workstreams with different priorities and workflows.
  • To work in an environment of continuous learning



Minimum Essentials
  • Experience in project management or project coordination roles.
  • Proficiency Balanced Scorecard
  • Excellent in strategic level presentations and creation of white papers for board meetings and other governance review meetings
  • Expert in in MS Excel (with macros and other automation skills) and SharePoint
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable
  • Experience within a global organisation
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with at least one analytic tool
