Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - \xe2\x80\xa2 To achieve given Sales nos through customer walk in \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the branch Service executives to drive Gold loan customers for fulfillment \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan product. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting Assayer in Operations /documentation
Required Qualifications and Experience
* \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Cross Sell / Gold Loan Sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Selling skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Interpersonal skills
